I definitely need some protection to keep the seat clean, but also to protect my dog. I bought a dog hammock several years ago which did a good job but has become too filthy. I decided to replace it with this one.
Topist dog hammock Most of the hammocks I’ve seen attach similarly, using the buckle straps to attach to the headrests. This one also has Velcro sealed openings that allow you to attach the seat belts, which in turn helps hold the hammock in place. The seat side of this hammock is quilted and very soft. The underside is a smooth waterproof fabric. I have leather car seats and the material slides a bit. The hammock does have addition straps and connectors to secure it, although there are no instructions on the way to strap it in. It would be nice to have a picture guide. The seams and construction seem to be well done.
